I can help you gain clarity of what it is that you need to experience life as being more wonderful, and help you find strategies to meet those needs. 

Thoughts, emotions and actions are closely connected. Our thoughts affect our emotions and our emotions affect our actions. Many of us lack the tools to get beyond our emotions and identify what we actually need, which affects our mood and well-being. By changing the attitude towards your own thoughts and identifying the needs behind your emotions, you can improve your well-being while making it easier for you to achieve the results you want, both personally and professionally.

My coaching style is intuitive, experimental and analytical. I draw a lot of inspiration from nonviolent communication (NVC) - a communication model that uses feelings and needs instead of moralizing, which creates a deeper understanding of ourselves and others and makes it easier to find ways forward. My coaching is also inspired by mindfulness, different coaching models and techniques with roots in psychotherapy.

I know from my own experience that coaching can have a huge positive impact and it is something that I want to pass on to others. I offer different coaching programs (5-10 sessions) and adapt each session to the needs and wishes of the clients. My goal is to help my clients get to where they want to be faster than they otherwise would, while feeling good and working in a way that is sustainable long-term. Helping someone feel better and get closer to their goals is a privilege, and being there to see someone go through a change they've longed for is one of the best things about my job as a coach.
